不同水平蛋氨酸锌对育成期蓝狐生产性能及营养物质消化率的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本试验研究了日粮中添加蛋氨酸锌(Zn-Met)对蓝狐生产性能(日增重、饲料转化率)及营养物质消化率的影响。试验中选用150只体重相近的育成期蓝狐,随机分为5组,每组30只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别以Zn-Met形式添加30mg/kg、60mg/kg、90mg/kg、120mg/kg锌。试验结果表明,干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙、磷消化率均有所提高,日粮中添加适宜蛋氨酸锌水平能提高蓝狐的平均日增重,降低料重比,其中30mg/kg添加水平效果最好,差异显著(P<0.05)。 This study examined the effects duction performance (in terms of daily gain, The test selected 150 growing blue foxes with 30. Control group was fed the basal diet, the of different dietary zinc methionine (Zn-Met) levels on pro- feed conversion rate), nutrient digestibility of blue foxes. similar weight, and randomly divided them into 5 groups of experimental groups were fed basal diet supplemented with 30 mg/kg,60 mg/kg,90 mg/kg,120 mg/kg of Zn-Met. The results showed that. dry matter,crude pro- tein, crude fat, calcium and phosphorus digestibility increased, diets supplemented with appropriate zinc methionine levels could improve the average daily gain of the blue fox and reduce the feed conversion rate. A dose of 30 mg/kg showed the best effect and the difference was significant (P〈0.05).
