建筑智能化系统检测工作的现状与建议

Situation and Suggestions about the Building Intelligent System Inspection

本文指出了目前智能建筑的智能化系统检测工作中引用的国家标准的依据性错误,提出了检测工作应该进行的内容。以委托方的角度论述了选择检测公司的一般做法,指出目前智能建筑的智能化系统检测工作存在的问题,最后给出了解决这些问题的一些建议措施,以期为智能建筑行业的健康发展抛砖引玉。

The paper pointed out that some inspection companies use wrong guideline of the national standard in intelligent system inspection for intelligent buildings at present, and describes what the inspection should do. Meanwhile it introduces the routine in inspection company selection and puts forward the problems in the intelligent building system inspection of intelligent buildings. In the end, some suggestions and measures to solve those problems are given, that hope to bring much better ideas into the healthy development of the intelligent building industry.
