摘要
对新型水处理剂聚天冬氨酸的合成、热稳定性及阻垢性能等进行了研究。研究结果表明 :聚天冬氨酸的合成为无催化剂的L 天冬氨酸缩聚反应。相对分子质量为 40 0 0的聚天冬氨酸具有最为优良的阻垢性能 ;药剂投加量仅为 0 2mg/L时 ,对碳酸钙的阻垢率就达到 88% ,阻垢率达到 10 0 %时药剂浓度仅为 2 0mg/L ;增加聚天冬氨酸阻垢剂浓度使阻垢率随着Ca2 +浓度增加而下降的趋势变缓。聚天冬氨酸是一种可应用于高温、高钙离子浓度水系统的聚合物阻垢剂。
The synthesis,thermal stability and scale inhibitio n behavior of polyaspartic acid,a new type water treatment agent,is discussed in this paper.Several conclusions are drawn.The process of synthesizing polya spartic acid from L-aspartic acid is simple.The raw material,synt hetic process and application of polyaspartic acid all could do no harm to environmen t and body.The polyaspartic acid can be applied widely in high temperature water system due to its excellent thermal stability.The polyaspartic acid with molecu lar weight of 400 0 shows the best calcium carbonate inhibition.Polyaspartic acid can achieve idea l calcium carbonate inhibition behavior even at low dosages.The calcium carbonat e inhibition rate is up to 88% at the dosages of 0.2 mg/L and 100% at 2.0 mg/L .The decreasing tendency of inhibition rate with increasing Ca 2+ concentration could be slowed down by increasing polyaspartic acid concentration,and so poly aspartic acid is perfect to be applied in high Ca 2+ concentration water sy stem.
