树脂吸附法处理D-对羟基苯甘氨酸生产中含酚废水的研究

Application of Adsorption Resin to the Treatment of Phe nol-bearing Wastewater from the Production of D-(-)-p- Hydroxyphenylglycine

用XH - 30 3大孔吸附树脂处理D 对羟基苯甘氨酸生产中产生的含酚废水 ,除酚率99 9% ,最大单程处理量为树脂体积的 2 5倍 ,脱附液经酸化处理后可直接用于DL 对羟基苯甘氨酸的合成 ,不产生二次污染 ,并可使合成收率提高 5 %～ 10 %。

XH-303 macroporous adsorption resin was used to tre at phenol-bearing wastewater from the production of D-(-) - p-hydroxyphenylglycine.The rate of phenol removal could achieve 99.9 % and the largest single-pass treating volume could be 25 times of the volume of a dsorption resin.The desorption liquor could be used in the synthesis of DL-p-hydroxyphenylglycine( DL-HPG) by acidification with sulfuric acid and the yield of DL-HPG increased by 5%-10%.This process was done without secondary p olluting.
