摘要
如何在动态变化的内外部环境下提升团队学习能力成为团队生存和发展的关键。构建包括中介变量为交互记忆系统、调节变量为内部控制机制的团队自省性对团队学习能力作用机制的理论框架,探讨了团队自省性对团队学习能力的作用机制。使用投影寻踪法、基于Bootstrap的结构方程模型和层次回归分析实证验证团队自省性对团队学习能力作用机制的理论框架和相关理论假设,实证结果表明:交互记忆系统是团队自省性与团队学习能力关系间的中介变量,行为控制正向调节团队自省性与团队学习能力之间的关系,结果控制负向调节团队自省性与团队学习能力之间的关系。研究能够为激发团队自省性和提升团队学习能力提供实践依据。
How to enhance learning ability of team becomes the key factor of team survival and development under the dynamically internal and external environment. This paper establishes the function mechanism theory framework of team reflexivity on team learning ability including intermediary variable of transactive memory system and regulation variable of internal control mechanism, explores the mechanism of team reflexivity on team learning ability and uses projection pursuit, Bootstrap-SEM and hierarchical regression analysis to empirically demonstrate the function mechanism theory framework of team reflexivity on team learning ability and relevant theoretical hypothesis. Empirical results indicate that transactive memory system plays an intermediary role in the relationships between team reflexivity and team learning ability, behavior control positively regulates the relationships between team reflexivity and team learning ability, and result control negatively regulates the relationships between team reflexivity and team learning ability. This research can render practical foundation for strengthening team reflexivity and team learning ability.
