摘要
研究了 4 ( 2’ ,4’ 二氟苯基 ) 苯酚乙酸酯的水解反应特性。确定了该反应的最佳条件为 :惰性气体保护 ,n(NaOH)∶n[4 ( 2’ ,4’ 二氟苯基 ) 苯酚乙酸酯 ]=4∶1,反应时间 4h ,收率达到96 % ,w[4 ( 2’ ,4’ 二氟苯基 ) 苯酚 ]=98%。并发现 4 ( 2’ ,4’ 二氟苯基 ) 苯酚乙酸酯的纯度对水解反应有重要的影响。
The saponification reation of 4-acetoxy-(2 ’,4’-d ifluoro)-biphenyl(I) was studied.The optimum technological conditions were det ermined that the reaction was conducted in an inert gas atmosphere,n(NaOH)∶n(Ⅰ)=4∶1 and th e reaction temperature was 100 ℃.Under these conditions,the reaction was finis hed in about 4h.The yield was 96% and the purity of the product was higher than 98%.The puri ty of I had great influence on this reaction.
