摘要
目的探讨miR-125b在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的异常表达及意义。方法采用Real-time RT-PCR方法检测24例人上皮性卵巢癌组织及15例正常卵巢组织中miR-125b的表达水平。结果上皮性卵巢癌组织中的miR-125b表达水平显著低于正常组织。结论 miR-125b可能在人类上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展中具有重要作用。
Objective To study the expression and significance of miR-125b in the tissues of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods Expression of miR-125b was detected by Real-time RT-PCR in tissues of 24 epithelial ovarian cancer patients and 15 normal ovarian samples. Results The expression of miR-125b was significantly lower in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues than in normal ovarian tissues. Conclusion Abnormal expression of miR-125b correlates with tumorigenesis and progression of epithelial ovarian cancer.
