摘要 近年来,随着老龄化的加剧,有关老年病的研究逐渐成为热点,而随着阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发病和致残率的加剧,AD受到了越来越多的关注。AD的发生与海马、海马旁回及扣带回的葡萄糖代谢密切相关,氧连N-乙酰葡糖胺(O-GlcNAc)糖基化修饰以及糖原合成激酶3β是参与这种葡萄糖代谢变化的重要指标。脑区葡萄糖代谢的变化亦与增龄性的衰老有关,AD的发生可能是增龄性的葡萄糖变化及相应病理特征出现等因素共同作用的结果。 In recent years, with the aggravating aging situation, the geriatric research has become a hots-pot. And with Alzheimer disease (AD)incidence and mutilation rate increasing, it has received more and more attention from the medical field. It's found that the occurrence of AD is related with the glucose metabolism of hippocampus, parahippocampal gyrus and cingulate gyrus. O-GlcNAC glycooylation modification and GSK-3β are important indicators in the glucose metabolism. Brain regions glucose metabolism's change is also related with aging senium, and the occurrence of AD may be the concurrent result of the aging glucose changes and the formation of the corresponding pathological feature.
