唾液辅助诊断的应用进展

唾液中的很多成分,包括局部衍生的和系统来源的介质,均可作为诊断疾病、评价治疗效果的敏感指标,在诊断中有潜在的应用价值。此外,唾液的检测操作简单且对患者无损伤,可作为诊断许多疾病的辅助工具。影响唾液成分改变的疾病很多,但将唾液成分的检测真正应用于疾病的诊断还不多见。因此,检测唾液成分并研究唾液成分的改变可以为某些口腔局部和系统性疾病的诊断提供新思路。

Many of the components of saliva, including partial derivative and system sourced medium, can be sensitive indexes in diagnosing disease and evaluating the efficacy of the treatment. These components have potential application values in diagnosis. In addition, the detection of saliva is easy and has no damage to the patient, and it can be used as an auxiliary tool for many diseases diagnosis. A lot of disease could influ-ence the component changes of saliva; however, the application of saliva composition detection on disease di-agnosis is seldomly seen. So, the detection of saliva components and the study of the changes of these compo- nents could provide a new approach to diagnose some oral and systemic disease.
