摘要
功能性消化不良(FD)患病率高,反复发作,可严重影响患者的日常饮食,降低患者的生活质量。FD患者症状的产生可能与以下饮食相关因素有关:胃近端容受性降低、胃排空延迟等上消化道运动功能紊乱;患者对脂肪、辣椒等多种食物存在抱怨;患者是否对食物过敏以及对饮食的认知程度。因此,患者认为减少或限制某种食物摄入可缓解症状,但其有效性尚待进一步评估。
Functional dyspepsia(FD) has high prevalence and recurrent attacks, which may impact the patient's diet severely and lower the patient's quality of life. Generation of symptoms in FD patients may be related to the following factors:impaired accommodation to a meal and delayed gastric emptying;food intol-erance to fat, chili etc. ; hypersensitivity to food and cognitive factors. Accordingly, many patients believe that reducing or limiting certain food intake can relieve symptoms. However, its effectiveness still needs to be further evaluated.
