Research Progress in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis during Pregnancy

妊娠期急性胰腺炎临床上发病率较低,但该病具有起病急、病死率较高等特点,对母婴健康危害较大。该病病因主要是胆道疾病、高脂血症、代谢、感染、外伤等,疾病的诊断主要是根据发病过程、临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查等。目前,随着内镜技术包括超声内镜及内镜逆行胰胆管造影以及磁共振胰胆管成像的临床广泛应用,疾病的早期诊断、治疗效果以及预后等情况有了较为明显的改善。

Acute pancreatitis during pregnancyis a rare condition, but it is associated with acute onset, high maternal and fetal mortality. The most frequent etiology is biliary disease,hyperlipidemia,metabolic dis-order,infection and blunt abdominal injuries. Diagnosis is based on the onset process,clinical presentation, laboratory investigations, and imaging methods. Recently, the early diagnostic, treatment effect and prognosis of acute pancreatifis with pregnancy have been greatly improved by the application of endoscopic ultrasonog-raphy, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography.
