摘要
目的研究CD34和Ki-67在胆囊癌组织中的表达,并探讨它们的相关性及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测46例胆囊癌组织和20例正常胆囊组织中CD34和Ki-67的表达情况,并对两者的表达和微血管密度(MVD)与临床病理的相关性进行分析。结果胆囊癌MVD均值为57.0±6.8,显著高于正常胆囊组织的30.8±5.6(P<0.05);胆囊癌组织Ki-67的阳性表达与正常胆囊组织比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MVD均值和Ki-67的异常表达与分化程度、肿瘤的大小、合并胆囊结石、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05);CD34和Ki-67表达呈正相关。结论CD34和Ki-67在胆囊癌的侵袭、转移中可能发挥了重要作用,检测CD34和Ki-67的表达可作为预测胆囊癌的转移趋势指标,为胆囊癌的诊治提供临床参考。
Objective To explore the expression of CD34 and Ki-67 in gallbladder cancer,and to inves-tigate the correlation and clinical significance of them. Methods Expression of CD34 and Ki-67 in 46 speci-mens and 20 normal tissue specimens of gallbladder cancer was determined by immunohistochemical stai-ning, and correlation of both the expression and microvascular density ( MVD ) and clinical pathological fea-tures were analyzed. Results Gallbladder specimen MVD mean value ( 57.0 ± 6.8 ) was obviously higher than that of the normal gallbladder tissue (30.8 ± 5.6 ) (P 〈 0.05 ) ; Ki-67 protein positive expression was statistically significantly different from normal gallbladder tissue( P 〈 0.05 ). Mean MVD and Ki-67 abnormal expression was correlated with differentiation degree, tumor size, gallbladder calculus with cholecystitis ,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging( P 〈 0.05 ) ; CD34 and Ki-67 expression was positively correlated. Conclu-sion CD34 and Ki-67 proteins may have played a critical role in gallbladder cancer invasion and metastasis. Co-detection of the expression of CD34 and Ki-67 can be used to predict the metastatic potential of gallbladder cancer,to provide clinical references for the diagnosis and treatment.
