摘要
对 Fryma VME- 2 40 0大型制膏机生产牙膏过程中影响膏体温度升高因素进行了研究 ,介绍和比较了调整工艺时间、控制物料温度、循环冷却三种降温试验 ,提出了解决大型制膏机制膏温度偏高的方法 ,并应用在生产中 ,有效地控制了出料温度。
By researching the factor in effecting the paste 's temperature rising in the course of manufacturing by Fryma VME-2400,the paper introduces and compares three kinds of reducing temperature tests including adjusting crafts time,controlling paste's temperature criculating cooling.Also,this paper presents the sloving methods of the high temperature produced in the process of manufacturing paste with giant machine.Through applying this methods in the manufacture,the discharging paste 's temperature is controlled efficiently.
