不同药物治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis on the Efficacy of Different Drugs for Children Cough Variant Asthma

目的对比分析不同药物治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效,旨在提高治疗效果。方法选择2010年1月至2011年12月在如皋市人民医院儿科住院治疗的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿85例为研究对象,随机分为联合治疗组和单纯治疗组。联合治疗组应用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,单纯治疗组只进行布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、症状缓解或消失时间以及不良反应的发生情况。结果联合治疗组的总有效率高于单纯治疗组(95.35%vs 73.81%),且咳嗽缓解时间和症状消失时间均显著低于单纯治疗组(P<0.01);两组在呕吐、皮肤瘙痒、一次性头昏等不良反应发生率的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘,能够有效提高治疗效果,大大缩短症状缓解和消失时间,适宜在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical curative effect of different drugs to the child cough variant asthma, aimed at improving the therapeutic effect. Methods Eighty-five cases of children with cough variant asthma hospitalized in pediatrics department of People＇s Hospital of Rugao City from January 2010 to December 2011 were chosen as the research objects,and were randomly divided into combined treat-ment group and single treatment group. The treatment group took montelukast and inhaled budesonide, and the control group only inhaled budesonide. The treatment effect, symptoms relief or disappearance time and the adverse reaction condition of the two groups were compared. Results Overall effective rate of the treat-ment group was higher than the single treatment group （95.35 % vs 73.81% ）. And the time of cough allevia-tion and symptoms disappearance were significantly lower than the single treatment group （P 〈 0.01 ）, and there was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions of vomiting, itchy skin, and disposable dizziness between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined use the montelukast and glucocor-ticoid treating the cough variant asthma in children, can enhance the treatment effect, greatly shorten the time of symptoms relief and disappearance, which is applicable in clinical treatment.
