综合康复治疗对膝关节骨折术后功能恢复的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment to Postoperative Functional Recovery of Knee Fracture

目的观察膝关节周围骨折术后综合康复治疗的效果。方法将沈阳市骨科医院于2010年3月至2012年3月收治的90例膝关节周围骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例,治疗组采用术后实施心理疏导、物理因子治疗、牵伸技术、关节松功术、肌力训练等一系列综合康复治疗措施,对照组采用骨科常规处理,患者自主锻炼治疗。所有患者均行美国特种外科医院膝关节评分和膝关节活动范围测量。结果两组治疗前后关节活动度比较,均有较大提高,治疗组较对照组改善更显著,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合康复治疗可显著提高膝关节活动范围,恢复膝关节的功能。

Objective To observe the efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment to postoperative functional recovery of knee fracture. Methods Ninety patients admitted to Orthopedic Hospital of Shenyang City from March 2010 to March 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of 45 patients each, the treatment group was given a series of comprehensive treatment of psychological counse-ling, physical factors treatment, drafting technology, joint loosening power technique, and muscle strength training. The control group received the conventional orthopedic treatment, and the spontaneous exercise ther-apy. All patients underwent HSS knee score and knee range of motion （ROM） measurements. Results Range of motion after treatment of both groups have greatly improved from before the treatment, and the treatment group improved more significantly compared with the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; excellent rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treat-ment can sianificantlv imorove knee ramze of motion and restore the function of the knee.
