摘要
在洗衣粉国标 (GB13171- 1991)修订后 ,各洗衣粉生产厂家随之对洗衣粉配方进行了调整 ,由此对洗衣粉的成型产生了不小的影响。比较了 D5 .2 m钢筋混凝土喷雾干燥塔和 D7m钢塔生产低活性物 (L AS≮ 11% )配方洗衣粉的生产情况。重点探索了 D7m钢塔生产低活性物配方 (L AS≮ 11% )洗衣粉的成型条件 ,得到了确保洗衣粉成型的两个关键条件。
After the standard of the washing powder has been revised,the plants adjust the powder formulation soon after,however it takes greatly effect on granulation.Showing by contrast the production situation of the low active matter powder between the diameter 5.2m reinforced spray-drying tower and the diameter7m steel tower.The granulated condition of diameter 7m tower is explored in this paper,and required two key granulated conditions.
