摘要
目的探讨太极拳规律性锻炼对中老年妇女静态平衡能力的影响。方法将2010年3月至2011年9月在十堰市太和医院老干科疗养的90例女退休干部随机分为太极拳组和对照组,各45例。太极拳组进行规律性的太极拳锻炼;对照组不进行任何健身运动。比较两组的步态指标、重心X-Y方向动摇轨迹长、重心包络面积。结果太极拳组的步态跨度、摆动关节活动范围角度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);太极拳组的重心X-Y方向动摇轨迹长和重心包络面积明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论规律性太极拳运动能够改善中老年妇女的静态平衡能力。
Objective To investigate the influence of regular taijiquan exercise for senile women's static balance ability. Methods Ninety female retired cadres recuperating at Shiyan Taihe Hosiptal from Mar. 2010 to Sep. 2011 were randomized into two groups, including taijiquan group and control group ,45 in each group. Regular taijiquan exercise was carried on in taijiquan group while no exercise was carried out in the control group. The gait index values, the gravity shift X-Y direction trace length, the gravity inclusion area of the two groups were compared. Results The gait span, swing jointsrange angles of the taijiquan group were significantly larger than the control group( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the gravity shift X-Y direction trace length and gravity inclusion area of the taijiquan group were significantly lower than the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The regular taijiquan exercise can significantly improve senile women's static balance ability.
