通络单味药与复方通心络的通络效果比较研究

Comparison Research on Meridians Effect of Single Herbs and Compound Tongxinluo Capsule

目的研究单味药与复方通心络的通络效果。方法建立内皮损伤模型、内皮损伤并微循环障碍模型、内皮损伤并急性心肌缺血模型,分别检测一氧化氮(NO)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FG)、血小板计数(PLT)、脑利钠肽(BNP)、大内皮素1(Big ET-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)。结果①内皮损伤模型:通心络组、人参组、水蛭组、蜈蚣组NO水平显著高于阳性对照组,vWF水平显著低于阳性对照组(P<0.05);②内皮损伤并微循环障碍模型:通心络组的PT、APTT水平均显著低于阳性对照组,FG、TT、PLT水平均显著高于阳性对照组(P<0.05);③内皮损伤并急性心肌缺血模型:通心络组、人参组、水蛭组、蜈蚣组BNP、Big ET-1、CRP水平显著低于阳性对照组,且通心络组BNP、Big ET-1、CRP水平变化更为显著(P<0.05)。结论复方通心络与单味药比较,对血管内皮损伤、络脉瘀阻以及络脉绌急具有更好的通络效果。

Objective To study the meridians effect of single herbs and compound of tongxinluo Cap-sule. Methods The model of endothelial injury, endothelial injury and mierocirculatory disturbance model, endothelial injury and acute myocardial ischemia model were established. The level of NO, yon WiUebrartd factor（vWF）, thrombin time（TT）, prothrombirl time（PT）, activated partial thromboplastin time（APq＇F） , fihrinogen （FG） , platelet count （PLT） , brain natriuretie peptide （ BNP ） , big endothelin-1 （ Big ET-1 ） , and C-reactive protein（CRP） were tested and compared. Results ①The endothelial injury model：levels of NO of Tongxinluo group, the ginseng group, leech group, centipede group was significantly higher than that of the positive control group, vWF levels were significantly lower than the positive control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;②mod-el of endothelial injury and mierocirculation disturbance ： tongxinluo group PT, APTT levels were lower than the positive control group, FG, TT, PLT levels were higher than the positive control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; ③endo-thelial injury and acute myocardial ischemia model：BNP,Big ET-I, CRP levels of tongxinluo group,the gin-seng group, leech group, centipede group were significantly lower than the positive control group and Tongxin-luo group＇s BNP, Big ET-1, CRP level changes were more obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound tongxinluo Capsule has better meridians effect than single herbs on vascular endothelial cell injury, collateral stasis and collateral acute deficit.
