摘要
针对现有生物化学实验"DNS法测定植物组织中还原糖及总糖含量"中的一些不足进行改进,包括实验材料选择、波长选择、DNS量、显色时间、DNS的配制等方面,最后对实验中一些注意事项进行了详细分析,以提高该实验的教学效果。
Aimed at some defects to the experiment about determination of reducing sugar and total sugar in plant tissue using DNS method, some steps had been improved including material selection,wavelength selection, volume of DNS, coloration time and preparation of DNS, and some details had been analysed in the last, which could improve the effect of its experiment teaching.
