Rearch on the Strengthen of Cane Sugar Juice Purity Process and the Improvement of Purity Efficiency

糖汁清净是制糖工艺中的重要环节,它的任务是对来自压榨车间的混合糖汁进行提净处理。目的是通过除去非糖成分以提高糖汁的纯度,并降低其粘度和色值,为煮糖结晶提供优质的原料糖浆。根据糖汁澄清基本原理以及影响糖汁清净的因素,论述了强化糖汁清净过程和提高清净效率的途径。

Sugar juice purity is one important step of sugar manufacturing,its task is to purify the mixed juice processing coming from squeezing workshop. The purpose is to improve the purity of sugar juice, through removing the nonsugar composition, and decrease its viscosity and color values, providing high quality raw materials for the sugar crystallization. This paper discussed the way to strengthen the sugar juice purity process and improve the purity efficiency which based on the basic principle of sugar juice clarification.
