摘要
目的探讨CBL教学法与PBL教学法在重症医学科进修医师培训中的应用及比较。方法选取200名进修医师,分为CBL组及PBL组,在培训过程中分别采用CBL教学法及PBL教学法进行教学;采用问卷调查,对两种不同的教学方法进行评估及比较。结果对于CBL教学法,进修医师表现出现更高的兴趣及认可度;在理论及综合病例分析能力考核中,CBL组得分明显优于PBL组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);在实践操作能力考核中,CBL组与PBL组无差异,两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论设计比较简单的CBL教学法,贯穿于各时期教学的全过程,每培训阶段组织1~2次PBL教学,具有可行性,效果好。
Objective:To investigate the application and comparison of CBL and PBL teaching methods in training of physicians for advanced studies on critical care medicine. Method: The authors grouped 200 physicians for advanced studies into Group CBL and Group PBL,taught them with CBL and PBL teaching methods and made evaluation and com- parison on the two different teaching methods by means of questionnaires. Result:Physicians for advanced studies show greater interest and approval degree in CBL teaching method. In the exam on analytical ability of theory and comprehensive cases,Group CBL scored obviously higher than Group PBL and the gap between the two groups is great( P 〈0. 05). While in the exam on practical operation ability, there is no obvious difference and the figure (P 〉 0. 05 )bears no statistical mean- ing. Conclusion:It is feasible and favorable to design and practice rather simple CBL teaching method throughout the teaching course and apply one to two times of PBL teaching method in the training.
