Hospital logistic department guarantees one-stop service of ＂One-number Connection＂, which makes the effective integration of one telephone number and service items guaranteed by logistics, shortens service process, and improves the overall service quality and management of the logistics. It shows the changes in logistics ideas of service guar- antee, and the guiding ideology which means logistic departments keep the problems to themselves, give time back to medi- cal workers who can spend more time serving the patients.
