The internal traffic management in a large-scale hospital is comprehensive management with wide range of influence, coveting internal management of traffic order, parking management, management of internal vehicles, traffic safety management, emergency management and so on. Taking exploration and practice of comprehensive management of internal transportation in a hospital as an example, the authors analyze the existing problems in internal traffic management, and expound method exploration,practical result and experience of internal traffic management in a large-scale hospital.
