The status of the primary school teachers in San- ming area during the twelfth five-year plan is quite unique because of Sanming＇s location and its education situation. Careful- ly considering and deeply analyzing the implied problems and working out the countermeasures are critical and well-targeted for the university that is responsible to produce teachers for Sanming City. Not only can it help to find the orientation of school running for the future development of the university, but provide a decision-making basis for the local education ad- ministration to mange, train and introduce teachers.
