摘要
师资问题历来是教育的核心问题。"十二五"期间三明市各县(区)小学教育师资的状况,由于三明的区位和教育情势的特征而呈现出较为独特的样貌。对其中隐含的问题进行认真地反思、深入地分析,并找出相应的对策,对于肩负着为三明培养师范类毕业生的高校来说,显得尤为迫切而且富有针对性。它不仅能为高校今后的发展找准办学定位,也为当地的教育行政管理部门对未来本地区教育的规模和师资的管理、培训和引进,提供充分的决策依据。
Teachers problem is always the key problem of education. The status of the primary school teachers in San- ming area during the twelfth five-year plan is quite unique because of Sanming's location and its education situation. Careful- ly considering and deeply analyzing the implied problems and working out the countermeasures are critical and well-targeted for the university that is responsible to produce teachers for Sanming City. Not only can it help to find the orientation of school running for the future development of the university, but provide a decision-making basis for the local education ad- ministration to mange, train and introduce teachers.
