护士职业倦怠与心理资本相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨护士职业倦怠与心理资本的相关性。方法:采用护士心理资本问卷中文修订版、MBI工作倦怠量表对芜湖市3家医院850名护士进行调查。结果:护士职业倦怠和心理资本内部各个维度间呈较高正相关,职业倦怠中情感耗竭、去人格化维度与心理资本及其各维度之间呈负相关(P<0.01),但职业倦怠中的低个人成就感维度与心理资本各维度的相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:护士职业倦怠与心理资本有一定相关性,可以尝试通过提升心理资本方式来改善护士职业倦怠状况。
