摘要
采用絮凝沉淀/IC/水解酸化/CASS法处理高浓度制药废水,工程设计规模为830m3/h,该废水具有水量不稳定、氨氮浓度较高、有机物浓度高、生物毒性大等特点。该工程自2012年3月投产至今处理效果稳定,各项出水指标均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级标准。
The combined process of flocculation sedimentation, IC, hydrolysis acidification and CASS is used for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment. The treatment capacity was 830 m^3/h. This type of wastewater is characterized by unstable flow rate, high concentration of ammonia nitrogen and organic matter and high biological toxicity. Since its operation in March 2012, the project operates stably, and each index of the effluent can meet the second class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996).
