荷兰利用土地再开发项目实现排洪防涝与综合生态治理

Flood Control and Drainage as well as Comprehensive Ecological Management Based on Land Redevelopment Project in the Netherlands

2012年10月,作为天津市政府与格罗宁根市政府"人员挂岗工作项目"合作协议的第三届成员之一,前往荷兰格罗宁根,现就Peize地区利用土地再开发项目实现排洪防涝与综合生态治理的做法、经验和自己的感悟进行总结,供业内人士参考。

In October 2012, as a member of the third team participating in the ＂On-the-job Investigation Project＂ under the cooperation agreement between Tianjin and Groningen municipal government, I visited Groningen. After studying the practices and experience in flood control and drainage as well as the comprehensive ecological management based on the land redevelopment project in the Peize area, my observations and conclusions are summarized to provide a reference for professionals in similar disciplines.
