作为一种完整的价值形态,儒家政治设计思想对维系中国两千多年的封建君主专制起到了举足轻重的作用,并表现为积极与消极、时效与缺陷、理想与困境的两面效用,可以说整个封建统治政治秩序的发展、解体过程就是儒家政治设计思想的落实、崩溃过程,而这与儒家在政治设计中关于政治关系、政治行为和运行过程合理性考虑的欠缺是分不开的。

As a complete form of value, the Confucian political design thoughts played a decisive role in maintaining China＇s feudal system for nearly two thousand years of feudal monarchy. It also features contrasts： positive effects vs. negative effects, timeliness vs. defects, and ideal vs. realistic dilemma. So it can be said that the development and collapse of the feudal political order was the im- plementation and collapse of Confucian political design thoughts. All these were related to the lack of rationalism in political relation, behavior and operation in the Confucian political design.
