摘要
再生医学的发展为治疗受损或衰竭的实质器官提供了一种新的治疗方法,在临床上具有广阔的应用前景。近年来,有研究者从成体组织中分离得到一些数量稀少的极小胚胎样干细胞(VSEL-SCs),VSEL-SCs具有独特的生物学特性,能够表达多能干细胞及原始生殖细胞的标志物,且具有向三胚层分化的潜能。目前,研究者认为VSEL-SCs在受损组织的再生修复和成体组织的更新过程中发挥着重要作用。
The development ot regeneration medicine holds expansive prospect h)r clinical application due to the contribution that it provides a novel strategy for the treatment of damaged or failure organs. The re- searehers have identified a rare population of very small embryonic-like stem cells ( VSEL-SCs ) from adult tissues. VSEL-SCs have unique biological properties,which couhl express several markers of pluripotent stem (:ells and primordial germ (',ells and have the putential ability to differentiate into three germ layers. To date, VSEI,-SCs is thought tn play a crucial role in the regeneration of damaged organs as well as renewal of aduh tissues.
