摘要
脑卒中是当今世界导致人类死亡和致残的主要疾病之一,其病理生理过程十分复杂。血脑屏障(BBB)是位于脑组织和脑血管之间的一个复杂结构,严密控制着血管两侧的物质交换,从而维持中枢神经系统内环境的相对稳定。脑缺血/再灌注损伤时,多种介质(如基质金属蛋白酶、水通道蛋白等)参与破坏BBB的结构及功能,导致脑水肿、出血转化,加重神经损伤。
Stroke is one of the major diseases that lead to death and long-term disability in the world, the pathophysiological process of which is extremely complicated. Blood-brain barrier ( BBB ) is the regulating interface between the brain tissue and brain blood vessel,which can maintain the stability of internal environ- ment of the central nervous system. During a cerebral isehemia-reperfusion event ,a lot of mediators ( such as matrix metalloproteinases,aquaporin and so on) participate in the structural and functional damage of BBB, which directly contribute to brain edema,hemorrhagic transformation and aggravation of neuron injury.
