摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类长度为21~23个核苷酸的调控性小RNA分子,通过mRNA剪切和抑制蛋白质翻译两种方式,负性调控其靶基因。miRNA可以调控约50%的蛋白编码基因,并且参与了包括细胞分化、细胞凋亡等在内的多种生理过程。近来的研究表明,miRNA参与多种肿瘤的发生、发展,与人类骨肉瘤的发生、发展以及侵袭转移等密切相关,发挥着癌基因或抑癌基因的作用。该文结合国内外最新报道,对miRNA在骨肉瘤中的研究进展予以综述。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of regulatory small RNA moleculars of about 21-23 nucle- otide in length ,which negatively regulate target gene by mRNA splicing and inhibition of protein translation. miRNAs can regulate about 50% of the protein-coding genes, and participate in a variety of physiological processes including cell differentiation and apoptosis. Recent studies have shown that miRNAs are involved in tumor development and are closely associated with the initiation, progression, invasion and metastasis of human osteosarcoma as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes. Here is to make a review of the recent progress, both domestic and overseas.in research on miRNAs in human osteosarcoma.
