胃癌是最常见的消化道肿瘤之一,其病死率居所有恶性肿瘤的第2位。浸润和转移是恶性肿瘤的两大主要特点,同时也是一个复杂的多步骤、多环节的级联反应过程,其基础是肿瘤的微转移,检测到游离癌细胞为发现转移的金标准,在外周血中检测到特异的标志物或mRNA,可直接推测肿瘤细胞存在于外周血中。该文就血清癌胚抗原、基质金属蛋白酶3、血管内皮生长因子与胃癌微转移及预后的应用前景予以综述。
