摘要
超声检查具有快速有效、成像时间短、设备可移动、可根据患者情况选择合适位置等特点,已作为初步影像学检查广泛应用于创伤的评价。创伤超声重点评估法是专门针对严重创伤的一种首要超声检查评估方法,其对胸腹腔游离积血有较高的敏感性和特异性,对腹腔内实质脏器损伤有较高的特异性;在加快创伤处理进程,避免延误时机方面有很好的临床应用价值,在野战条件下大规模检伤分类中作用更为突出。
Ultrasound （ US ） is readily available, requires minimal preparation time, and may be per- formed with mobile equipment that allows greater flexibility in patient positioning than with other modalities, which is often the initial imaging examination in major trauma. The initial US examination is generally per- formed with a FAST（ focused assessment with sonography in trauma） protocol in patients with major trauma. It has acceptable sensitivity and specificity for the detection of free fluid and has high specificity for the deleetion of solid organ injury. It has great clinical value in accelerating the process of treatment of injury to avoid any delay, especially in large-scale triage patients in special field conditions.
