Treatment Progress in Adult Hepatic Cavernous Hemangioma

肝脏海绵状血管瘤是临床上最常见的肝脏良性肿瘤,多数为体检时偶然发现,不需特殊治疗,也有部分患者因表现出相应的临床症状而就诊。对于肝血管瘤是否需要治疗目前临床上尚存在争议,特别是对其进行手术治疗争议较大,对于其手术指征的把握不同学者之间的意见也未能统一。该文通过查阅相关文献,对肝血管瘤的诊断及治疗方式等相关进展予以综述,并对其未来的治疗发展趋势作出相应预测。

Hepatic hemangiomas are the most common benign liver tumors. Most of hemangiomas were found by physical examination and do not require aggressive treatment. Only little patients have symptoms. Whether treatment is needed is still controversial, especially for the surgery treatment, and the indication for resection of it is not unified yet. Here is to make a review of the diagnosis and treatment and predict the development trend of hemangioma treatment through relevant literature.
