摘要 胱抑素C(Cys C)是一种半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,能在几乎所有的有核细胞内以恒定的速度持续地转录与表达,广泛存在于各种体液中,参与细胞内外蛋白水解的调控,为学界的研究热点之一。新近的研究发现,Cys C可作为糖尿病肾病、心脑血管病变、视网膜病变和周围动脉血管粥样硬化症等慢性并发症的动态观测指标之一,能快速有效地估测糖尿病慢性并发症的发生、发展。 CystatinC (Cys C ) ,a cysteine protease inhibitor,which can be continuously transcribed and expressed at an constant speed in almost all nucleated cells, widely existing in various body fluids and involved in the regulation of intracellular protein hydrolysis. Recent studies have found that as one of the dynamic observation indicators of diabetic chronic complications such as nephropathy, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, retinopathy, and peripheral atherosclerotic disease, Cys C can be used to estimate the
