摘要
采用拓扑优化方法对车载泵车架横梁进行了结构优化分析,并以满足底盘和上装各总成的布置为前提条件对车架结构进行了设计。对车架在各种工况下进行了静力学分析,以保证车架具有足够的刚度和强度,同时分析车架自由状态下的模态振型,提出了合理的改进意见。结果表明,采用有限元分析设计车架结构是一种有效的方法。
The analysis for structural optimization of frame cross member of the truck pump with the topological optimization method is performed in the paper, which also describes the design of the frame structure meeting the arrangement of chassis and installation assembly. The static analysis for the frame under different conditions is performed to ensure its sufficient rigidity and strength. The modal shape of the frame under the free status is also analyzed, with proper improvement suggestions. It turns out that finite element analysis for design of the frame structure is an effective approach.
