分析了门座起重机作业监控管理中存在的问题,利用嵌入式Linux技术、传感技术、CDMA2000无线传输技术和计算机技术等设计了基于3G网络的门座起重机作业监控管理系统。从门机作业监控管理系统的总体结构、硬件实现和软件实现等方面进行详细论述。实现了门机作业信息的实时采集、存储和数据传输,有效地实现了门机作业的远程监控。
The paper analyzes certain problems existing in the operation monitoring management of the portal slewing crane, introduces the 3G network-based operation monitoring system of such crane adopting embedded Linux technology, sensor technology, CDMA2000 wireless transmission technology, and computer technology, etc. , and details the overall structure, hardware implementation and software implementation regarding the operation monitoring management system of the portal slewing crane, which realizes information real-time collection, storage and data transmission concerning working information of the portal slewing crane, for the purpose of effective remote monitoring.
