良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床特点分析 被引量：18

摘要 目的分析良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者的临床特点及手法复位的治疗效果。方法选择BPPV患者125例,对112例后半规管BPPV(PC-BPPV)及2例前半规管BPPV(AC-BPPV)患者行Epley复位治疗,11例水平半规管BPPV(HC-BPPV)患者行Barbecue翻滚疗法,治疗1周后评价其疗效。结果 125例患者中,特发性BP-PV多于继发性,继发性患者以头部外伤多见;右侧半规管受累多于左侧及双侧;PC-BPPV多于HC-BPPV及AC-BP-PV;行1次复位术治疗后有效率为81.6%,2次总有效率为92.8%;半年内复发率为17.2%。结论 BPPV具有女性多见、单侧PC-BPPV居多、右耳易受累等特点,耳石复位治疗BPPV疗效较好,但复发率较高。
