摘要
《基因工程》是一门理论和实验并重的生物技术专业基础课,需要重点培养学生综合素质和能力。通过对《基因工程》课程的教学方法与手段的初步探索,由"科研项目"引导理论和实验教学,初步建立了二者紧密联系的课堂教学模式。在课堂教学基础上,依托教学团队的研究课题,将科研问题和成果转化为教学内容和教学资源,引领学生进入生物科学前沿领域,培养了学生的科研能力和创新意识。实践表明,"科研项目"引导的《基因工程》课程教学模式,是培养学生科研综合素质,提高教学质量的有效途径。
Genetic engineering course is one of the basic biological courses which should be adapted to the demand of modern education and reformed to raise the comprehensive qualities of students. This article discussed some educational innovations for increasing teaching effect and quality. Introduced by " research projects" , the teaching mode was developed with combination of theory and practice teaching. Based on academic education, the achievements in scientific research were applied to class teaching, which led students to the forefront of biological research and fostered their creative awareness and abilities. Practice has shown that this teaching mode contributes to cuhivate students' integrative ability and improve the teaching effectiveness.
