摘要
空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术具有直流电压利用率高、交流电流谐波含量少等优点,成为当前三相逆变技术的主流。提出了基于SVPWM的三相逆变器在d,q坐标系下,直流电压外环、交流电流内环的双PI调节器参数的设计方法。最后基于TMS320F2812数字控制设计了一个8 kW的样机进行实验。实验结果验证了该设计方法正确可行,三相逆变器具有谐波污染少、直流电压恒定、单位功率因数校正的优点,非常适用于新能源的并网接口。
The salient features of the three-phase space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) inverter, such as high utilization ratio of the DC voltage, little harmonics pollution to the grid make it popular in the grid-fed electricity technology of the renewable energy, and has been the research focus recently.This paper proposes a method to design the parameters of the double PI-regulator closed loop, composed of inner AC current loop and outer DC voltage loop in the d,q synchronous frame.Finally,a 8 kW experiment prototype is designed with TMS320F2812 as the central controller.The experimental results well validate the feasibility of the theoretical analysis.
