摘要
建立了带有半导体电阻参数特性的光伏阵列并设计出带有内阻匹配环节的单级式光伏发电系统,通过对阵列等效输出阻抗的匹配,实现对功率的跟踪功能,该方法可进一步提高单级系统的功率跟踪能力,较常规双级系统在直流侧对减弱噪声具有一定效果。通过实验与PSCAD下的仿真证明了其对噪声具有一定的抑制效果,并可以完成对功率的跟踪功能。
The photovoltaic array with the semiconductor resistors parameter attributes is established and the single- stage photovoltaie power generation system with the internal resistance matching is designed.The tracking function of the power is completed by array equivalent output impedance matching.This method makes single-stage power track- ing ability of the system to further enhance.Comparing with conventional two-stage system in DC on the weakened noise, the new method has a certain effect.The simulation and experiment prove that the method of impedance matching can restrain the noise to a certain extent, complete the function of tracking power.
