结合石油科研单位的基本特点,分析了标准化在采购管理中的应用现状及存在的问题,阐述了开展采购管理标准化的重要性,提出了加强采购管理标准化的几项措施,这些措施有助于确保采购质量、提高采购效率、降低采购成本、防范采购风险,对提升石油科研单位采购管理水平具有重要的推动作用。
This paper, based on the general features of petroleum research institutions, analyzes the current situation and problems in the application of standardization in purchasing management, discusses the significance of standardization of purchasing management, and presents several measures to enhance purchasing management standardization. These measures can help guarantee the quality, improve the efficiency, reduce the cost and prevent risks of purchases and thus play a propelling role in the promotion of the purchasing management of the petroleum research institutions.
