摘要
通过对坚硬破碎地层特性及目前所用取心钻头、取心工具等的研究,深入探讨了坚硬破碎地层的取心难点,研究了一种适应坚硬破碎地层的高机械钻速的新型PDC取心钻头,不但很好的发挥了坚硬破碎地层孕镶或表镶取心钻头的耐磨性强、稳定性好的特性,也充分发挥了PDC钻头机械钻速大、岩心收获率高、岩心质量好的优良特性。有效提高了机械钻速及取心质量,满足了甲方的要求,同时,大大降低了取心成本及井下复杂事故的发生,做到了高效、环保。最后还探讨了适应坚硬破碎地层的取心部件及装置,以便进一步有效提高取心质量。
This paper presents an in-depth probe into the difficulties in the coring of hard fractured formation via researches of formation characteristics as well as the core bits and devices used presently. It also surveys on a new-type PDC core bit with high rate of penetration fitting for hard fractured formation. The hit is characterized not only with strong wear resistance and good stability of diaborlt and diamy fit for hard fractured formation, but with high penetration rate, core recovery and core quality. It has improved the penetration rate and coring quality effectively and satisfied the first party. At the same time, it has achieved high efficiency and environment protection by greatly reducing the coring cost and complicated downhole accidents. Finally, the paper discusses other coring components and devices fit for hard fractured formation in hope of further improvment of core recovery.
