摘要
通过引入KCL、聚胺PHA等强抑制材料进行室内研究,依据聚胺的强抑制性和K离子的嵌入作用,有效降低泥页岩水化高膨胀压,达到防止井壁失稳的技术思路,优选出了KCL聚胺多元抑制防塌钻井液体系。在玉北地区三口井现场应用表明,该体系抑制性强,润滑性好,有效解决了上部强造浆地层的阻卡和下部易垮塌地层的井壁失稳难题,使该区块故障率及钻井液成本大幅下降,钻井提速取得了良好效果。
By introducing such strong inhibition materials as KCL, polyamine PHA etc. to laboratory research, KCL polyamine muhi- inhibition anti-sloughing drilling fluid system has been optimized to reduce the shale hydration high inflation pressure and prevent borehole instability based on the strong inhibition of polyamine and embedment of K ionic. On-site application to 3 wells in Yumen region shows that the system has strong inhibition and good lubricity, and thus it has solved the blockages in upper strong mud making formation and borehole instability in lower easy-collapsing formation, which has greatly reduced the failure rate and drilling fluid cost in the region and achieve excellent results in the acceleration of the drilling operations.
