摘要
IPTV服务向用户提供了具有一定服务质量的可靠的交互式多媒体服务,同时也向用户、网络和服务提供商提出了技术和业务挑战。下一代网络为IPTV业务提供了高质量的传输平台,介绍了在下一代网络环境中开放的IPTV服务,对基于下一代网络的IPTV系统架构和服务平台相关技术问题进行分析。
IPTV service provides interactive multimedia services with reliability and relevant quality of service.It provides technical and business challenges to customers,network providers and service providers.The next generation network（NGN）is expected to provide the transport platform with high quality and high performance for IPTV services.In this paper the open IPTV services within NGN environment is first introduced.The NGN-based IPTV architecture and the technical issues for developing service platform for open IPTV services are analyzed in the paper.
