摘要
目前FTTH产业发展加速了三网融合、物联网的进程,我国三网融合正式启动广电和电信双向业务,为研究半导体光放大器SOA在光纤到户接入网中传输电视信号导致的非线性失真影响,通过增益谱曲线从理论上分析多频道调制下光波信号传输由光源啁啾效应和SOA增益不平坦特性共同作用带来的复合二阶失真,结果表明增益斜率越小,最佳啁啾值越大,可以补偿更大的光源非线性效应,在一定的增益斜率下可以得到最小的复合二阶失真值。通过SOA的增益峰值,降低非线性失真,以满足基于光纤到户的CATV系统的三网融合需求。
At present,the FTTH industry has accelerated the development of the Internet of things,integration of three networks process,China’s integration of three networks has officially launched two-way business of broadcasting and telecommunications.To study the influence of nonlinearity distortion in semiconductor optical amplifier of CATV signal transmission in FTTH access network,based on the curve of gain spectrum,compound second order distortion which produced by interaction with the chirp effect and SOA uneven gain characteristics in optical signal transmission of much channel modulation mode was analyzed.The results show that the gain slope is small,the optimal value of the chirp is bigger,the compensation of optical nonlinearity is more,minimum value of CSO can be get at certain gain slope.Reducing nonlinearity distortion by the peak gain of SOA,integration of three networks application requirement of CATV system on FTTH can be met.
