黄芪、香丹注射液联合西医治疗老年社区获得性肺炎40例

Huangqi Injection and Xiangdan Injection Combined with Western Medicine in Treating 40 Cases of Aged Patients with Community-acquired Pneumonia

目的观察黄芪、香丹注射液联合西医治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法对照组56例运用抗感染、化痰等;治疗组40例在西医基础上加用黄芪、香丹注射液治疗。结果治疗组40例,治愈+显效率85.0%;对照组56例,治愈率60.7%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论黄芪、香丹注射液具有改善心肺功能,提高机体抵抗力,增强疗效的作用。

Objective To observes the curative effects of Huarlgqi injection and Xiangdan injection combined with western medicine in treating of aged community-acquired pneumonia. Methods The control group of 56 cases was treated with infection and resolving phlegm. The treatment group of 40 cases was on the basis of western medicine combined with Huangqi injection and xiangdan injection. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 85% and 60. 7% in the control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Huangqi injection and Xiangdan injection improved the heart and lung functions, enhanced the organism immunity and increased clinical effects,
