摘要
中医临床教学直接影响学生中医临床诊疗思维方式的形成。笔者在十多年的中医临床课教学中,应用舌诊、脉诊启发学生中医思维,使学生逐步形成中医的临证思维方式。笔者收集和整理大量的舌象、临床病例,按观舌识体质、观舌辨证、观舌诊病、观舌知变分四大模块,制作成教学光盘,设计有针对性的舌象、脉象讨论环节,做到既不影响正常课程内容,又能通过病、证中舌脉的变化启发学生思维。此教学方法,激发了学生学习中医的兴趣,加强了所学基础知识的横向联接,培养了学生中医的思维方法。
Clinical teaching of TCM directly affectted the thinking function of students in TCM clinical practice. In more than 10 years of clinical teaching, the author used tongue diagnosis and pulse taking to inspire the students' thinking of TCM in order to enable students to form TCM clinical thinking mode gradually. Lots of tongue manifestation and clinical cases were collected and collated and divided into 4 big modules according to inspection of tongue for physique, inspection of tongue for differential diagnosis, inspection of tongue for disease and inspection of tongue for change. The date were produced into teaching CD of tongue and developed into targeted tongue and pulse discussion outline. It didn' t affect the normal curriculum content and inspire students' thinking through the change of tongue. The method stimulated students' interests in learning TCM, strengthened the basic knowledge of the transverse connection and cultivated students' thinking method of TCM.
