1型糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化与超敏C反应蛋白水平的关系

摘要 目的研究年轻的1型糖尿病(T1DM)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白与颈动脉粥样硬化(As)的关系。方法将52例年轻1型糖尿病患者按是否伴有As分为糖尿病As组和糖尿病无As组,采用免疫散射比浊法检测血清超敏C反应蛋白水平、彩色多普勒超声仪测量颈动脉内膜中膜厚度、葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖浓度、全自动生化分析仪测定血脂水平,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果 1型糖尿病患者超敏C反应蛋白水平较健康对照组显著升高(P<0.05),糖尿病As组超敏C反应蛋白水平较糖尿病无As组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 1型糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化患者超敏C反应蛋白水平升高,这种超敏C反应蛋白水平变化可能与颈动脉粥样硬化有关。 Objective To investigate the association between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and carotid atherosclerosis in type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM).Methods 52 T1DM patients were divided into 2 groups according to with or without carotid atherosclerosis(As): T1DM with As(T1DM-A) and T1DM without As(T1DM-B).The serum hs-CRP was detected by Dade Behring prospect(Immuno-nehelomitery) and carotid artery intima-media thickness was measured with Color Doppler ultrasound,plasma glucose concentrations was determined with glucose oxidase method,Plasma lipid levels were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer,and compared with the healthy control group.Results Hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in T1DM patients when compared with healthy person(P0.05);and Hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in T1DM patients with As when compared with T1DM patients without As(P0.05).Conclusion Hs-CRP levels were increased in T1DM patients with As,which is likely associated with As in T1DM patients.
