摘要
将分光光度法测定全铁和亚铁的试验进行改进,使实验结果测定更加准确。通过国标法和改进后方法绘制的标准曲线进行对比,并对刚果红试纸的加入,比色皿皿差和单、双倍空白对标准曲线的影响进行分析。结果表明:改进后方法绘制的标准曲线优于国标法;国标法在调节pH值过程中,刚果红试纸的加入对结果产生严重影响,导致标准曲线的大大偏离实际值,而比色皿皿差对结果也产生一定的影响较小。
To improve the determination of total iron and ferrous by the spectrophotometry,the standard curve drawn by the GB method and the improved method was compared.The influence of Congo red strips addition,the difference between the cuvettes,and the single and double tines blank on the standard curve were studied.The results show that the standard curve drawn by the improved method is better than that drawn by the GB method.When adjusting the pH,the addition of Congo red strips has a serious impact on the results of GB method,leading to the deviation from the actual value of standard curve greatly.In addition,the difference between the cuvettes also has some impact on the results.
